Sunderland defender Anton Ferdinand is to arrest, since it does not appear in the lawsuit that was filed against him.
Brother of England captain Rio Ferdinand from Manchester United, had to appear in court in Newcastle yesterday after his book was withdrawn because he spoke on his mobile phone while driving on 13 July this year.
