The management of Fiorentina decided to rename the club base in the name of David Astori.
The 31-year-old Captain of the Violets has gone from this world unexpectedly on March 4, only hours before the Udinese meeting.
So Fiorentina`s training base will now be named `Davide Astori Sports Center`. Earlier Fiorentina reported that the 13th number of the Italian national would no longer be used by the players.
Astorri is Milan`s youth. He then played for Cagliari, Roma and Fiorentina, and had 14 matches for Italy`s national team.
