Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that two of the stars of the team - David De Gea and Paul Pogba - will miss Sunday`s derby against Liverpool due to injuries. The goalkeeper is injured in Spain`s 1-1 draw with Spain last night, and the midfielder continues to have problems with his ankle.
David needs a scan. I think it will be out. It certainly looks like it will be, judging by last night. Paul was injured and came back, he`s been working really hard. He came back and played a few games, maybe tormented by the pain. He has undergone a review after the match with Arsenal (1:1) and probably needs a few weeks of rest with a plaster cast, so that may not take long. However, he will not recover for this match. I can`t tell you 100% who will be completely ready, since anything can happen. But may Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Antoni Marcial endure this week`s workouts and be able to include them. Whether it will be for half a game or 30 minutes, I do not know, but let`s see what the situation will be for them, Solskjaer told Sky Sports.
