Veles Sarsfild qualified for the semifinals of the Copa Libertadores after defeating Paraguay Libertad with 4:2 on Wednesday. Argentinian football club was followed later that evening by the Brazilian Santos, who came to the 1:1 draw at home against ONSEL Caldas of Colombia and move forward with the additional goal of the first match.
