Bulgarian defender Valentin Iliev and his Steaua Bucharest won the Romanian Cup, after the finals are imposed over the great enemy Dinamo Bucharest 2:1.
Valentin Iliev game only minutes after it appeared in the 88 th minute to replace Tanas. This is the first trophy for Steaua in the last five years and the first Cup in 12 years.
Dika opened in the 24th minute Steaua, Torhe equalized only ten more than a free-kick before burying Barboyanu to Dynamo with an own goal in 51 th minute.
Both teams had claims for a penalty in the match, Steaua - during the first half and Dynamo in the final minute of overtime to 90 minutes.
Penalties were awarded in no-man's benefit, and so Steaua lifted the Cup in Romania for 21 time in its history.
