Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is set to make their next hit and transfer to lure Brazilian star Santos Neymar.
Last summer, Chelsea have failed in their attempts to attract Brazilian national to the sum of 19 million pounds.
According to recent information from Chelsea have made a new offer by Santos for Neymar which is 23 million pounds.
"Roman is ready to personally deal with the implementation of the deal Neymar" revealed a source from the London club.
"He hopes to talk personally with Neymar next month and to persuade him to move to Chelsea."
19-year-old is a transfer target for Barcelona, AC Milan and Inter.
