Lazio may be directed to Matti safe from Palermo, after trying the "eagles" to attract Abdoulaye Concko of Genoa have stalled.
According to Italian media, Lazio looking for a new right back after almost sold Stefan Lihtshtayner Juventus.
Concko preferred option was to replace the Swiss, but the problems in negotiations make it difficult to attract.
The reason is that soccer is not to negotiate personal terms with Lazio, Genoa, although not agreed price.
Instead, the Romans can be directed to the Italian national Cassano.
Palermo president Maurizio Dzamparini recently admitted that the player may leave, although so far there are no offers for him.
