Barcelona will try to tempt Arsenal with a new proposal for midfielder Cesc Fabregas. According to the Telegraph, Barcelona will bring 31 million pounds for the Spanish international, who want him to endorse later than two weeks. The publication claims that Arsenal would be willing to sell, only after securing the services of Ricardo Alvarez. Fabregas is expected in Catalonia this week, but as part of his vacation. He is expected back on July 5 in London, preparing for the launch of Arsenal. Next weekend "ball" goes on tour in Asia. Barcelona wants even before it decided to issue the transfer of Cesc.
