Inter Milan footballer Lucio signed a new contract with the club, informed the official site of the "Inter" of his club website. The defender has endorsed a new contract until the summer of 2014.
This defender contract expires in 2012 but the club opted to insure and offer him a new one.
The Brazilian moved to Inter Milan and Bayern Munich in July 2009.
33-year-old Lucio, world champion with Brazil in 2002, won the league, Coppa Italia and Champions League in his first season for the club under the guidance of Jose Mourinho.
