The management of Chelsea made a new proposal to Valencia for the purchase of midfielder Juan Mata. According to The Telegraph, Londoners are priced from 27 million pounds of Spanish nationality.
This is the second proposal from Chelsea to Valencia for Juan Mata. Last time the Spaniards refused 22 million for its star. Valencia does not want to part with key players so close to the start of the Spanish championship, but according to rumors, the transfer is possible.
