The Spanish coach Ernesto Valverde announced that he will leave his post at Olympiakos after this season, after he guided the team from Piraeus to second consecutive championship in the football competition in Greece.
"This is a sad day for me because I announce for my departure due to personal reasons" said at a press conference 48 year old Valverde in the company of club president Vangelis Marinakis.
"Three years with one team is enough. I finished the cycle with Olympiakos" said Valverde, who according to Greek press will return home to train a team of La Liga.
