Bastia will accept Marseille without an audience after ugly incidents marked the match of the French Cup of the team against the neighbors from Ajaccio, said representatives of the local federation.
The Corsican derby was stopped five minutes after the start in massive fights between fans of Bastia and Ajaccio. In the melee joined and two opponent footballers who took penalties of 4 matches.
"After hearing the representatives of both clubs the Disciplinary Committee decided to punish Bastia with a match behind closed doors. The penalty will take effect in the next home game of the team," announced from the federation.
