The Legend of Barcelona Xavi Hernandez improve another achievement in his football career, but at the same time is about to equalize another record. He certainly keep his name in golden letters in the Champions League.
The 34-year-old improved the record for the most matches in the main phase of the Champions League, which has hitherto shared with Raul Gonzalez.
Barcelona midfielder played his match number 143 in the tournament, as including only count the battles from the group stage until the final.
Raul so far has 142 matches.
