Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed he had no regrets about his decision not to return Cesc Fabregas in the summer transfer window. However, the former captain of the "Gunners" signed with Chelsea.
"I do not regret that I didn't get Cesc back because there were many creative players in our midfield line," said Arsene Wenger to BeIN sports.
Arsene Wenger had the chance to return the player from Barcelona a few months ago. Now, even after Mesut Ozil's injury that kept him out of the game until Christmas, the Frenchman does not believe that he took the wrong decision.
"Chelsea will also have a difficult time during the season. Our program is extremely difficult, but I believe that we can reduce the difference, "added Wenger.
