The management of Manchester United has decided to renew the contract of the French national Patrice Evra, reports the Sun newspaper. According to information Evra proposal would be to put his signature on a new four-year contract with Manchester United, but his salary will be increased from 70,000 pounds to 100,000 pounds a week.
This contract of left-back with Manchester United expires in summer 2012. The new contract will keep Evra at Old Trafford to 33 years of age.
Evra is expected to renew his contract with Manchester United in a few days and everything has been officially finalized next week.
So after Rooney, Evra will become yet another player who will renew his contract with the club.
