Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso believes his colleague from Barcelona Xavi Hernandez deserves most to win the Ballon d'Or.
Nominations for the Golden Ball "were announced today, and seven players from the team of Spain, who became world champion, fell into it. Alonso was also nominated and Barcelona playmaker. However, Real Madrid midfielder said in an interview for the magazine "DT": "I love players appreciate what they have done on the field in recent years, but Xavi is it."
