Chelsea is likely to divest of Monaco adolescents Nathan Ake, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Andreas Christensen as part of the deal for Falcao.
The three players will be given to the team by the Principality in order to gain experience in European club tournaments and play regularly.
However, the last word on exactly which are the three players who will be ceded to Monaco's Chelsea Manager Jose Mourinho.
Falcao must sign a contract with Chelsea for a one-year lease. The leadership of Londoners has already achieved agreement with Monaco and the two clubs had agreed completely on all parameters.
