The Brazilian would leave the Camp Nou as a free agent because of a clause in the contract that allows this.
At the same time, Londoners will pay 11 million for the 32-year-old Lichtsteiner.
The contract of the Swiss footballer with Chelsea will be up to the summer of 2019.
He was purchased by Juve for 10 million euros from Lazio in 2011.
