The defender Victor Lindelof had arrived at the training base of Manchester United in Carrington to finalize his transfer to the team, the local media reported.
The 22-year-old Swedish national must pass medical tests and specify the personal terms on his contract with the Red Devils.
United will pay about 30.7 million pounds to the Portuguese Benfica for the signature of Lindelof. The two clubs also agreed on the transfer fee at the end of last week.
