The management of Chelsea will do all it can to lure the Juventus defender Alex Sandro. The Blues have already sent an offer worth 70 million euros, which, however, was rejected. Now the Londoners are planning to use another approach and to include César Azpilicueta in the proposal to the Bianconeri.
This proposal may tempt Juventus, as the team would have a ready replacement for Sandro for the left zone of the defense. Moreover, the 28-year-old Azpilicueta is an universal player and can play almost every position on the defensive line.
In the last season, Azpilicueta was the main 'pillar' of the Chelsea defense and helped to win the title in the Premier League. He has scored 2 goals and 7 assists in 47 games in all tournaments.
