Anderlecht`s team lied 1-0 to Celtic in a Champions League group B game, but finished fourth in the final position in the group. The Belgians ended up with Celtic`s (3) points, but the Scots took third place in the standings and will play in Europa League in the spring for their better performance in the direct duel against Anderlecht. In the first two places, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern (Munich) scored 15 points.
Anderlecht`s victory tonight brought Josoz Simunovic`s own goal in the 62nd minute. The Bosnian kicked the ball with his head in his own door, and by the end of the meeting the clovers did not manage to get at least equal.
