Schalke midfielder 04 Leon Goretzka will be out again, the club said. The 22-year-old German national still suffered trauma in the lower leg - at the same place he had suffered until recently. Schalke announced they are not yet aware of how long Goretzka will need to recover, but he will probably not play any more by the end of the calendar year. Goretzka`s contract with Schalke expires in the summer and is likely to be sold in January.
