Mohammed bin Sulayem argued with Christian Horner, congratulating him on his championship.

The Red Bull boss mentioned in his speech the confusion at the Japanese Grand Prix when Max Verstappen was declared champion. The news came as a surprise to the team, which did not realize full points would be awarded for the short race.

The FIA President`s speech was interrupted by Domenicali, calling on his interlocutors to calm down.
