In the game of the 21st round of La Liga against Celta Vigo (1:0), the Atlético defender received a red card in the 70th minute for a foul of the last hope on Haris Seferovic.
Previously, Savic was sent off at the end of the 16th round of La Liga against Barcelona (0:1) for a brawl with Ferran Torres, receiving a two-match disqualification. The defender also received a red card in the 1/4 finals of the Spanish Cup against Real Madrid for a foul on Eduardo Camavinga.
