Charges of triple murder, prosecutors raised against the Argentinian footballer Diego Buonanote after a crash in December in which he killed three of his friends.
After a technical analysis of the car, the prosecutor in the case said that it was found that the player was speeding and therefore lost control of the car. His three friends, 21, 22 and 24 were from his hometown Teodelina in the northern province of Santa Fe.
22-year-old star of River Plate also suffered severely, with broken arms and a fractured left shoulder after the car was cut in the wood.
He was the only passenger who was wearing a safety belt. If found guilty, footballer can receive a sentence of five years in prison.
