Tottenham midfielder Steven Pienar will miss the first game of 1/4-final of Champions League against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday. The reason for this is an injury to the player.
In March, South African had a groin problem and although it took part in the matches of the national team recently, after his return to Spurs, he again felt pain.
"The match with Real Madrid will miss it. My crotch are not in order," wrote on his page on the social networking Twitter Pienar that was requested for the match against Wigan on Saturday, but never hit the ground.
If this news is confirmed by the medical staff of the Spurs, it will be another blow to Harry Redknapp, who can not count the defenders Ledley King, Jonathan Woodgate, Alan Hutton and Younes Kabul.
Questionable for tomorrow's match are William Gallas and Gareth Bale, but did not play long Tom Huddlestone will be back on the pitch.
