General manager of Real Madrid, Jorge Valdano was very pleased with the 4:0 victory against Tottenham in the quarterfinals of the Champions League. Argentina boss 'white' said he saw "a great team that played a great match, before a great audience. Valdano added that the Spurs had no chance as Real dominated throughout. "
"The result is fantastic and fully deserved," added boss of Real Madrid.
For the second leg a week later at White Hart Lane, Valdano said he expected his team to "play with the same concentration, at least out of respect for the Champions League."
