Wolfsburg coach Felix Magath is considering all disciplinary options to punish Diego after the Brazilian midfielder has disappeared from the hotel before the game against Hoffenheim on Saturday.
Diego left the team hotel when he realized he would remain on the bench during the match and did not even notice any of the leadership of Wolfsburg for their actions. Magath said the player's actions are not only unacceptable but also subject to a court.
"I've never heard anyone ever left the assembly. We'll see what legal sanctions will take against him. We will try to solve the problem correctly, but just with the help of FIFA and UEFA, "said Magath.
